Network Diagnostic Tester CAN, CANopen
CANcheck allows CAN networks to be examined during commissioning, error detection or maintenance. To do this, the battery-operated handheld device is connected to the CAN network to be controlled and operated via a clear menu.
Testing cables when the network is off and operational testing when the network is operating
Wiring test: Resistance test between all pins of the CAN plug (CiA attestation), evaluation based on predefined threshold values
Termination Resistance Test: Measurement of the resistance between CAN_H and CAN_L
Cable length: determination of cable length based on pulse propagation time, determination of impedance
Signal Level Measurement: absolute and differential signal levels listed by identifier
Baud Flow Detection: Detection of the transmission speed of the CAN system under test (in Baud)
Credential scanning: detection of all transmitted IDs and display of their periodicity
CANopen mode: display of the signal level and receive frequency listed by the Node-ID
Bus load: Measurement of the current bus load of the CAN system
Error frames: Indication of error frames per unit of time
User guidance: instructions for the test before it is performed, OK or error message at the end of the test, continuation after confirmation
Multilingualism: test instructions and results in German or English
Case includes: CANcheck tester, a CAN Y cable with D9 Sub male connector (2 m), a 1:1 CAN/trigger cable, a USB cable and the user manual.
