Revolution PI
The KUNBUS RevPi Gates protocol modules enable continuous and reliable communication between different networks and systems and the Revolution PI CPU module (RevPi Core3, RevPI Core3+, RevPI Connect, RevPI Connect+). The KUNBUS RevPi Gates protocol module converts all data that the target network can transfer. It abstracts away non-transferable data and copies the process data to the internal memory of the Revolution RevPi Core CPU module for processing within the embedded Linux application. With this series of modules, KUNBUS offers a protocol driver that can be attached to the DIN rail and easily disconnected (plug and play). The protocols themselves are located in individual, compact modules, whose housing measures only 22.5 x 101.4 x 115. The modules are connected to the Revolution RevPi Core CPU via a jumper. Multiple RevPI Gates can be managed by daisy-chaining the modules with a jumper. The user can easily exchange the protocol modules to connect different networks to the Revolution RevPi Core. Customized solutions are also possible. The KUNBUS protocol modules are equipped with an integrated web server. The program parts are updated via an FTP server. The maximum power consumption is 3 watts per module. This modular system allows a simple configuration of our modules by simply coupling or adapting modules to each other and to the Revolution RevPi Core CPU. By using a simple jumper, you connect the Revolution PI RevPi Core CPU to the field networks. An embedded configuration tool (WEB Server) within the RevPi Core allows you to configure this association.
