ErgoTech's TransSECS software is the fastest way to create both equipment and host SECS/GEM interfaces. TransSECS always includes the ability to simulate your tool or host applications. SECS/GEM is widely used in the semiconductor assembly and electronics industries. With the TransSECS Editor, you create complete SECS/GEM interfaces in the Editor. You can upload the characterization and testing tool. You can then use the interfaces generated by TransSECS with IoT/Cloud applications, OPCs (OPCUA and legacy OPCDA), PLCs, REST, MQTT, databases, and many other automation systems.

If you need user interfaces or automation and control, you can programmatically build applications in Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, C++, or a variety of scripting languages or use ErgoTech's MIStudio drag-and-drop graphical application builder to create a complete tool or host applications without programming – even with cloud deployment. TransSECS can also be part of your complete vision for semiconductor Industry 4.0. TransSECS/GEM interfaces can be deployed on any Windows, Unix, or Linux platform (including the Raspberry Pi, Revolution PI) and on many embedded systems or on your cloud platform. TransSECS Publisher Transforms Generalities of the SECS/GEM standard into a message structure specific. This allows you to simply extract information messages. If you need to add an interface SECS, a tool or equipment, you just need to set your variables in TransSECS and update the values of your data source. TransSECS Manages GEM messages to manage states communication and control systems, events, alarms, limits, spooling and much more.
