Are you a business customer?
RESoluCOM delivers to you within 2 to 3 working days upon receipt of payment (Monday to Friday) in metropolitan France via DHL Express.
This time is guaranteed only for items available in stock, check the availability of your items by phone or on the internet beforehand.
Add a day of delivery for Corsica.
For this service, RESoluCOM asks you to contribute €65 excluding tax to the shipping and packaging costs for any order.
For large parcels (> to 15 items), "Additional delivery costs may be requested" on the website
In case of absence, a notice of passage will be left in your mailbox. The carrier will systematically make a second pass.
If you wish to be delivered to an address other than your billing address or your usual delivery address, indicate this in the "delivery address" and select it when placing your order.
RESoluCOM invites you to check the condition and content of your package at the time of delivery and to make the legal reservations with the delivery person.

Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt or collection of your package.
In the event that your order relates to several goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last lot or the last piece.
When the withdrawal period expires on a weekend, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the User must notify RESoluCOM's customer service of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement by e-mail: info@resolucom.com by filling in the withdrawal form available on this page.
If the User uses this option, an acknowledgement of receipt of his/her withdrawal will be sent to him/her without delay by e-mail by RESoluCOM.
All Products are eligible for a refund except those excluded by law and marked to this effect:
- Products that have been customised at the User's request
- Computer hardware and/or software products when the protective blister has been opened or torn,
The User must ensure that the order for which he withdraws is returned complete. The Products to be taken back must be intact and complete. Items returned incomplete, damaged or damaged will not be returned.
The User must return or return the item to RESoluCOM using our return portal available via this link.
Without undue delay and, in any event, no later than eight days after having communicated to RESoluCOM its decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been met if the User returns the property before the expiry of the eight-day period.
In the context of exercising the right of withdrawal, the return costs are borne by the User and he must mandate the carrier of his choice (with the exception of a defective Product upon receipt, or an error during the shipment of the Product).

Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, RESoluCOM will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods by RESoluCOM or until receipt of the proof of shipment of the goods (Copy of your carrier's waybill) from you,the date chosen being that of the first of these facts.
RESoluCOM will refund you for the returned Products and the shipping costs initially paid, subject to compliance with the above mentioned return conditions.
Your refund will be made via the same payment method you used when paying for the returned order. This refund will not incur any costs for you.

Payments
Payment terms
All the terms and conditions of payment are specified in the order confirmation email sent by the Supplier following the validation of the order.
The Buyer has the following means of payment:
Online when ordering by PayPal:
The Customer's PayPal account is directly debited as soon as the order is placed. In the event of Sold Out Products, a refund will be made directly to the Customer's PayPal account.
By bank transfer to the following bank details: IBAN: FR1142509000800237612236 / BIC: CEPAFRPP142.
The shipment of available Products is made upon receipt of the transfer.
Payments made by the Buyer shall not be considered final until the Supplier has actually collected the sums due.
In the event of late payment and payment of the sums due by the Buyer beyond the period set between the Parties, and after the payment date appearing on the invoice sent to the Buyer, late payment penalties calculated at the rate equal to the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation plus ten (10) percentage points of the price shown on the said invoice, will be automatically and automatically acquired by the Supplier, without any formality or prior formal notice.
In the event of non-compliance with the payment terms agreed between the Parties, the Supplier further reserves the right to suspend, postpone or cancel the delivery of current orders by the Buyer.
Except with the express, prior and written consent of the Supplier, and provided that the reciprocal claims and debts are certain, liquid and payable, no set-off may be validly made between any penalties for delay in delivery or non-conformity of the products ordered by the Buyer on the one hand, and the sums due by the latter to the Supplier for the purchase of the said Products, moreover.
Finally, a lump sum compensation for recovery costs in the amount of 40 euros will be due, by operation of law and without prior notification by the Buyer in the event of late payment, and by invoice. The Supplier reserves the right to request additional compensation from the Buyer if the recovery costs actually incurred exceed this amount, upon presentation of supporting documents.
RESoluCOM reserves the right to make partial deliveries accompanied by a separate invoice. Any partial delivery is to be regarded as a separate contract. The Client will not, therefore, be able to take advantage of the waiting for the balance of the Products ordered to make payment for the Products delivered.
No discount will be applied by the Supplier for payment before the date shown on the invoice.
